Business Transformation Outsourcing

Most probably you already know what BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) is. It is the outsourcing of the business process, the “plan” to achieve your customer’s fulfillment of needs. Business transformation outsourcing is an extension of the business process outsourcing, improving outsourcing benefits and performance. First, we’ll check what business transformation is.

Every company has its own particular strategy and vision of business. These strategies and visions are the key for the success of the business in case. Mostly the key of business transformation is having new strategies and future objectives to complete, all leading to higher profits, higher level of success. Employees, technology, processes … they must all be as close to these strategies as possible. Companies who want to transform (so they become more successful) may improve their services, use all resources available or use new technology to get the same services and products than before, likely even better ones.

Some of these available resources may include partnerships and outsourcing. Why should any business or part of business be outsourced? Well several reasons exist and more factors are to be considered as reasons.

First of all, there is money. Everybody needs money, no matter how rich or poor we are. When outsourcing your tasks or projects you are most likely to find someone to complete what you need yet ask for less money than you’d spend on it by hiring someone in your own country.

Time. We live in a running world, time always runs out, and we seem to never have real free time to do whatever we want to, except working. By outsourcing you may not earn a full vacation, but it is very certain that you will have more time to focus on significant issues that need more attention. And you all know that saying: time is money.

Focus on the core of your business. Yes, by outsourcing, you simply get rid of whatever isn’t among your areas of activity. This way you can only concentrate on the essence, the real core of your business.

Some people argue on outsourcing being not so safe and secure. In fact, some of these affirmations are true, you don’t know whether you’ll get the quality of work you’d expect or whether your outsource worker is reliable. However there is one big advantage: you can put your outsource worker to sign a legally binding paper. That way laws will make him do whatever needs to be done in order to complete your task.

Also, you are likely to find some young talents, who are still undiscovered. This way you can hire them and set up long term relationships.

As any other part of a business, business transformation is good to be outsourced. You may get a lot more flexibility and higher chances to improve your business with less effort, money and time.
